1. Overview
APSARA TRADING – F.Z.E. (“we,” “us,” “our”), operator of PluginsBuy, wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital goods (WordPress plugins) delivered electronically, we have adopted the following Refund Policy, which applies to all purchases made on the Website.
Please read this Policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an Order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
2. Digital Nature of Products
All products sold on PluginsBuy are digital software products delivered electronically via download link and License Key. Upon delivery, the product is immediately accessible and usable. Accordingly, refunds are offered on a discretionary goodwill basis within the timeframe and conditions set out in this Policy, rather than as a right arising from the physical return of goods.
Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union (EU), you acknowledge that by proceeding with the download or activation of a Plugin, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital content supply and waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national consumer protection laws, to the extent permitted by law. Notwithstanding the above, we voluntarily offer the 14-day refund window described in Section 3 below.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
3.1 Initial Purchases — 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all initial Plugin purchases from PluginsBuy. This means you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your original purchase, subject to the conditions in Section 3.2 below.
3.2 Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase;
- The refund request is submitted by email to contact@pluginsbuy.com with all information specified in Section 4;
- The refund request relates to an initial purchase and not a Renewal payment (see Section 5);
- You have not previously received a refund for the same Plugin.
3.3 Non-Exhaustive Grounds for Refund
Without limiting our discretion, we will generally consider a refund where:
- The Plugin does not perform its core, documented functionality as described on the Website;
- You experienced a technical issue that our support team was unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe;
- The Plugin is fundamentally incompatible with a standard, up-to-date WordPress installation in a way not disclosed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to request reasonable evidence of any technical issue prior to processing a refund, including screenshots, error logs, or access to a staging environment.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, send an email to:

Your email must include all of the following information:
- Plugin Name — the exact name of the Plugin you purchased;
- Order Number — your unique order reference number (found in your order confirmation email);
- Registered Email Address — the email address used to place the Order.
Incomplete requests will not be processed until the missing information is provided. The 14-day window continues to run regardless of any delay caused by an incomplete submission.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Renewal payments — any payment made to renew, extend, or continue access to Plugin updates or support beyond the initial purchase period. By completing a Renewal, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable terms and that no refund will be issued;
- Purchases outside the 14-day window — refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the original purchase date;
- Previously refunded Plugins — you may not request a refund for a Plugin for which a refund has already been issued;
- Plugins purchased under a promotional or discounted rate, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
Where a refund request is approved:
- We will process the refund to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days of approval;
- Stripe’s processing timelines may vary; please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer;
- Upon issuance of a refund, your License Key will be revoked and deactivated. You must immediately uninstall and cease using the Plugin;
- We are not responsible for any Stripe fees or currency conversion charges.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us at contact@pluginsbuy.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account;
- Permanent revocation of all License Keys associated with your account;
- A ban from making future purchases on PluginsBuy.
We reserve the right to contest any chargeback that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
8. Support Before Requesting a Refund
Before submitting a refund request, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team at contact@pluginsbuy.com to describe the issue you are experiencing. Many issues can be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction. Our team will endeavour to respond within 3–5 business days.
Utilising our support service does not forfeit your right to request a refund within the 14-day window.
9. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your Order.
